Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We currently serve the following counties in the Metro Atlanta area; Rockdale County, Fulton County, DeKalb County, Cobb County, Clayton County and Gwinett County.

What is included in a Residential Cleaning?

Residential Cleaning includes; Home Office, Stairs, Foyer, Hallway, Laundry Room, Living Room, Den, Play Room, Baby’s Nursery, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Dining Room and Kitchen. We clean outside of all appliances, inside microwave,dust and polish furniture, all flooring, sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, load dishwasher, wash dishes and make beds.

Do I have to be home at the time of my appointment?

No you do not. All you have to do is leave us detailed instructions on the Booking Form, under the section Anything else your Cleaner should know? or give us a call. The information needed For Example would be; Gate Code, Alarm Code, Name of Subdivision, Key Location, Parking Location and Contact Number. If you are in an apartment or condo please inform Front Desk to release Key.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We are fully equipped with our own supplies, products and equipment.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes. You can give us a call and we can discuss the details of your request.

What are your Extra’s?

Extra’s Include; Area Rugs, Baseboards, Blinds, Windows, Inside Cabinets, Inside Oven, Inside Refrigerator and Doors.

How do I book my first appointment?

Give us a call! We will book it for you or you can locate and click on pink Book Now Tab on any page of this website. Next, fill out the Booking Form completely. Follow steps 1-5.

Does this company have Green Cleaning Options?

Yes we do. When filling out the Booking Form, under the section Anything else your Cleaner should know? Let us know that you would like Green Cleaning or just give us a call.

How long will my cleaning take?

Between 4-6 Hours. We dont just clean your home, we detail it. Home Detailing is the Difference!

Pricing & Policies

What is your Refund and Cancellation policy?

There are no refunds. Please Contact Us with your questions and concerns and we will resolve them. We reserve a time especially for you. Please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior by 5:00 p.m. to avoid $75.00 Cancellation Fee.

When will I be charged?

Your Credit Card will be charged when your cleaning is complete. A hold will be placed on your card one day before service. This hold is not a charge.

Do I have to use my Credit Card to pay?

We accept Credit Cards, ATM Debit Cards, $Cash App and Cash. We do not accept Checks.

Can I Tip Maids?

Tips are appreciated. You can Tip Maids personally with Cash.

What Major Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

What is Card CVC?

The Card CVC Number on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number, located on the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code located on the front of the card.

Our Cleaners completed an in person interview and are screened thoroughly.

Your billing information is kept safe and secure. We have one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. Our Cleaners go through background checks to ensure your safety.

Is your company Licensed?

Yes, we are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.
